Tilly, the former Fae Queen, and the twins’ little sister, is up next!

The wings, y’all. The dress! The mood!! We don’t get to see enough of Tilly, IMO! She truly is a queen in every sense of the word. If you’ll remember, Winnie describes her eyes as the “same shimmering color of her wings” and somehow Steph made that happen in this gorgeous art.
